Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your T3 tools, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns on all orders within 30 days of the purchase date. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and include all accessories to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, we will email you a prepaid UPS shipping label. Simply print it out and attach it securely to your return package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your T3 tool and all original components back into the original box, seal it, and drop it off at any authorized UPS location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
